InterLake makes a mail server available for you to use in the computing centre Munich. All incoming and outgoing mails are sent via this server.
Either the mail clients fetch each mail by POP3 or you use your previous mail server as mail gateway, which fetches the mails and sends them internally.
POP3 is usable with all e-mail programmes (e.g. Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes, Mozilla Mail).
There is also a web interface at your disposal, to be able to recall your mails from any computer via the internet.
Depending on the quantity of the account you can also set up your own mailboxes, forwarding and auto responders, mail-to-fax is possible as well.
Backup Mail-Queue
The InterLake mail server is also suitable for companies which already use their own mail servers and want to use the InterLake mail server as backup mail-queue. |
