Company History

March 1997: As college students, Stefan Salzbrunn and Sven Slazenger begin Interlake with a dream of providing IT consulting that puts their clients' needs first.

September 1997: Interlake receives an award for being one of the most innovative German companies led by students.

January 2001: The Munich office is opened. Interlake establishes itself as a top German IT company, being one of the few ColdFusion specialists in the European market.

January 2002: Interlake's services expand to web integration of audio-visual content.

March 2005: Interlake opens its first US office in Jacksonville, Florida, to serve clients outside of Europe. Integration and supervision of server systems and technical processes becomes the company's core business.

April 2008: The company's Postdam office opens to concentrate on Interlake's online-video-business.

July 2008: Interlake officially branches into two businesses by founding Interlake Media to focus on its multimedia services from video hosting and player platforms to Flash DRM and Flash Media Interactive Server (FMIS).
