Interlake's founders, Stefan Salzbrunn and Sven Slazenger, have been friends since childhood when they bonded over their mutual fascination with computers and technology. That interest eventually grew into the international business they run today. They are committed to working as a team alongside their employees to meet their clients' needs.

Dr. Stefan Salzbrunn heads the US office in Jacksonville, Florida. He is the company's CTO and also manages all business outside of Europe, including North America and Asia. Stefan received his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Southern California, and he particularly enjoys analyzing complex problems for Interlake's clients. He guided the company's development from a leader in the European ColdFusion niche market  to a specialist for integration and supervision of server systems and technical processes. In his free time, Stefan enjoys coaching his daughter's soccer team and traveling with his family.

Sven Slazenger leads the teams in both the Munich and Potsdam offices. He is responsible for daily business operations. With a Masters in Communication Sciences from Munich's Ludwig Maximillian University, he oversees all customer relations, sales and marketing. Sven believes in the importance of building strong relationships with Interlake's customers. He is actively involved with the German Association for Service Providers in the Online Industry (BDOA) and is leading the German IPTV Working Group. In his spare time, Sven enjoys gourmet travels and boating.
