Debit Card Fraud Prevention System KUNO made by Interlake

The KUNO Fraud Prevention Service reduces fraud in card-based payment transactions. Interlake developed the application, integrated the APIs to the German Police IT systems and is responsible for ongoing server operations and system extensions.

KUNO was developed to make debit payments in Germany safer. Cards that were stolen and are reported by the owner to German Police are immediately transferred via Interlake APIs to the central KUNO System. From there the stolen card information is passed on to merchants and payment service providers in Germany, so the cards can be instantly blocked for transactions. Fraud was reduced by over 80% through the KUNO Fraud Prevention system.
